Scaling Impact. One Community.
H2O – Healing Through Oasis is a new nonprofit launching its first WASH initiative in Abetifi, Ghana, to drive sustainable regional development.
Initial Mission
Our inaugural campaign targets a $60,000 funding goal to establish vital WASH infrastructure in Abetifi. By prioritizing verified water systems and sustainable waste management, we ensure donor capital translates directly into health outcomes. This pilot serves as our blueprint for scaling across Ghana’s Eastern Region.
Strategic Impact Benchmarks
We serve an initial cohort of 360 students and 30 faculty in Abetifi who currently face critical infrastructure deficits. Replacing failing septic systems and installing secure water storage allows this new nonprofit to transition a school from survival mode to educational excellence, proving our model for future regional expansion.
Equity and Educational Retention
Our first initiative focuses on removing gender-based barriers to education through private, secure sanitation. H2O – Healing Through Oasis builds evidence-based facilities that increase female student attendance and dignity, providing corporate partners with measurable social return on investment data.
Sustainable Health Goals
Implementation includes high-durability hand washing stations and integrated hygiene training. Our approach ensures that every dollar invested creates long-term health resilience. By partnering with local leadership, H2O helps protect the long-term value of these essential resources by planning for maintenance, local oversight, and continued system monitoring after installation.
